3. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and method.

4. Tracking Information Tracking numbers are provided when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses BIKElockR is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details. Re shipment fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos if applicable. We will assist in resolving the issue.

7. International Taxes & Duties Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
