Refund & Returns Policy – BIKElockR

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original
packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened locking/security devices if not in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours with order details and photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

4. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after approval.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for incorrect or defective items once the original product is returned.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then email us.
